Paid Anyway Support
If you have a question or a problem, e-mail contact@apochopo.com. We read mail on Korean business days, 10:00–18:00 (Korea Standard Time), and reply within 10 days.
You don't need to include your salary or any amounts. Telling us where you use Paid Anyway (iPhone, Android or Apps in Toss) and the app version (Settings › About) helps us answer faster.
Frequently asked questions
How is the amount calculated?
Your annual salary is divided by the number of days in the year (365, or 366 in a leap year) to get a daily share, and that share accrues evenly over all 24 hours of the day, starting at midnight on January 1. It keeps accruing regardless of working hours, weekends or holidays, and the number goes up every 10 seconds. For example, with an annual salary of ₩48,000,000, about ₩131,506 accrues per day in 2026 (365 days) — about ₩15 every 10 seconds. Past months' jars are never emptied, and when a new year starts, last year is kept as a record.
Tax, social insurance, bonuses and allowances are not included, so the amount may differ from what you are actually paid. Settings › Show after-tax applies an estimated regional rate and shows an estimate. See Section 5 of the Terms of Service for details.
Where is my salary stored?
Your salary (including the dates you changed it), accrued records, alarms and settings are stored only on this device. There is no account or login; nothing is sent to our servers or handed to advertisers. That is why uninstalling the app or using Settings › Data › Delete all removes it, and we cannot restore it. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I turn off reminders or alarms?
- Earnings reminders (twice a day by default, 08:00 and 21:00): in Settings › Notifications, choose twice a day / once (evening) / off, and change the times. To keep amounts off your Lock Screen, turn off "Show amounts in notifications".
- Wake-up alarm (optional): turn off or delete each alarm from the alarm icon at the top right of the home screen (or Settings › Alarms). Your money keeps accruing without an alarm.
- You can also turn them off in your device settings (iPhone Settings › Notifications, Android Settings › Apps › Notifications). If notifications are not allowed, wake-up alarms may not ring either.
- The Apps in Toss mini-app has no alarms. Its evening reminder (once a day) stops when you withdraw notification consent or remove the mini-app.
